MP for KEEA supports over 300 top BECE students with educational items

In a vibrant ceremony filled with hope and celebration, the Member of Parliament for Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abirem (KEEA), Hon. Samuel Atta-Mills, has made good on a key campaign promise by awarding educational materials to over 300 top-performing students in the municipality.

The event, held today, honoured students who distinguished themselves with high marks in the recent Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). This initiative marks the fulfilment of a pledge made by the MP during the 2024 election campaign, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to supporting education and rewarding hard work.

The atmosphere was one of palpable pride as students, beaming with accomplishment, were celebrated for their academic diligence. The ceremony served as a powerful testament to the community's shared value for education and the importance of recognizing youthful talent.

Hon. Atta-Mills' commitment to education was previously demonstrated through the distribution of over 3,900 mathematical sets, pens, and pencils to BECE candidates before their exams. Today's event builds directly on that foundation, creating a continuous cycle of support, from preparation to reward.
